We Smashed Our Target! We’re absolutely delighted to share that our recent afternoon tea fundraiser raised an amazing £190, which has now been added to our JustGiving page in support of Breast Cancer Now – bringing our grand total to £780! We honestly couldn’t have imagined such an incredible response when we first planned the event, and it’s all thanks to our wonderful clients. Your generosity, support, and kind-hearted donations have made a real difference, and we’re so grateful to everyone who came along, contributed, or simply helped spread the word. Every penny raised goes directly to Breast Cancer Now, helping fund life-changing research and support. Thank you – we couldn’t have done it without you! The turnout on the day was beyond anything we expected – it was standing room only! The room was buzzing with laughter, conversation, and a real sense of community. It was a joy to see so many people come together for such an important cause. A special thanks to Lionel the Town Crier and his wife Carol, who joined us and even tried to make a dent in Crumbz’s famous three-tier cakes! A huge thank you must also go to Paul and Linda Taylor, who many of you will have seen helping to run the very busy afternoon tea. I think Paul even popped out at one point to grab more napkins! The afternoon would have been very different if they hadn’t dropped everything to come to our rescue – we are truly indebted to them. We were also joined by Kayley Jayne, who offers specialist tattooing services that can support cancer patients in their recovery.
